We’re already halfway through our 10-day chair yoga for weight loss series. Today is day 5, and we’ll be focusing on full-body flexibility, including strengthening the shoulders, obliques, inner thighs, and abs.

We’ll also work on strengthening our minds and emotions with a gratitude prayer.
