2-3 cups of almond milk

2-3 cups of almond milk
1 handful of chard
1 handful of kale
½ apple
½ orange

3-4 leaves of mint

Cleansing Detox Smoothie for Glowing skin
2-3 cups of rice milk
½ of a small beetroot
1 medium sized carrot
½ apple
1 squeeze of lemon
½ tsp of ginger

INGREDIENTS’ PROPERTIES
CARROTS
Carrots are rich in vitamins (especially A), minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Eating more antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, can help reduce the risks of cancer and cardiovascular disease.
