I just eyeball it when i make this but i use a combination of these seasonings-
date syrup
maple syrup
liquid aminos
black pepper
veggie broth
olive oil
bake at 375 about 25 minutes, flip halfway through
the best ever mushrooms
shiitake mushrooms sliced but not too thin
spray olive oil
light sprinkle of spike seasoning
mrs dash table blend
bake at 375 for 15 minutes, turn oven off and keep them inside for about another 20 minutes
chia pudding recipe-
1 tbsp chia seeds (i grind mine up first)
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 cup plant milk
serve with berries on top
