LEGS WORKOUT
1-WARMUP SET (cycling ,running ,free weight squads ,skipping)
2-SQUATS (with weight)
3- DEADLIFTS
4-FRONT BARBELL SQUATS
5- HIP THRUST
6-LUNGES
7-STIFF LEG DEADLIFT
8-CALVES RAISE
9-LEG EXTENSION
10-LEG CURL
SETS, 3-4
REPS, 15-12-10-08(some time failure)
REST TIME, 60seconds
must do warmup exercises before the main workout, put posture, gripping, method properly.
