You’re probably asking, why another YouTube channel on fitness? Actually, why another anything on fitness? There’s already so much out there: books, magazines, apps, websites.
The reason is simple. Nothing gets to the: WHY? Why am I exercising? What am I trying to accomplish? Are you an athlete who wants to win? Great, this channel is for you! Do you want to be able to play with your grandkids without pain and fatigue? Live a long life with minimal medications and surgeries? Great, this channel is for you, too!
In this episode, I’ll introduce my framework and principles for wellness and exercise and give you a preview of what’s to come!
