This all levels 10 minute deep stretch yoga session releases tension and promote relaxation. We begin with seated neck rolls to ease upper body tension, then side stretches to release back tension. A butterfly fold follows, opening the hips and inner thighs. We then move into a seated forward fold, gently stretching the entire back body. The practice ends with a reclined twist to release spinal tension, and finishes on your back for final relaxation. This slow-paced, meditative practice allows you to sink deeply into each pose, promoting both physical and mental release. By the end, you’ll feel a sense of renewed calm and decreased tension throughout your body.
