This soothing 10 minute full body deep stretch session is a relaxing Yin Yoga stretch performed entirely on your back. The practice progresses through a series of gentle yet deep stretches targeting different areas of the body. You’ll experience hip-opening poses like Figure 4 and Half Happy Baby, followed by a gentle spinal twist to release lower back tension. We then move into Wind-Relieving pose to massage the lower back and abdomen, before transitioning to a wide-legged position for inner thigh stretches. The session ends with a nurturing Knock Knee pose to further release hip and lower back tension. This calming practice promotes deep relaxation and flexibility, making it perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or whenever you need a gentle, restorative stretch.
