Kitchari is an Indian dish that is used by Ayurvedic practitioners & doctors to help people heal because it is filled with healing spices & detoxifying Mung Dal beans. It is especially used because of its easy digestible ingredients of white rice and the split mung dal beans. This recipe is so delicious yet so healthy & it is great to eat something that tastes good while it is healing for my body.
