DIY Sunrise Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 Broccoli
2 Carrots
1/2 Cauliflower
3-4 tbsp Cranberries
1 inch Ginger
3-4 Kale, thin leaves
1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 cup Parsley, small leaves fresh
1 tsp Honey
2 tbsp Olive oil
DIY Essence Water
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced cucumbers
2 limes, sliced
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

1 Cup Orgnaic Green Tea
1 Inch Ginger
1/2 Squeezed Lemon
1/2 Tbsp of Honey
