We are just back from a long vacation and it is the time for our body cleanse and detox as we had a lot of outside food in those 10 days. We are back and we are doing the detox and eating light and healthy meals for a couple of days now and today we just thought of sharing all those healthy recipes with you guys too.
This is DETOX version of What I Eat In A Day series. In this video, we prepared so many healthy and easy and quick recipes and all are really tasty. Like I always say, all the recipes are Jatin APPROVED! 😀
In this video, we made:
– Celery Juice: for the morning juice cleanse
– Hummus Sandwich
– Banana Shake (without sugar)
– Baked sweet potatoes
– Salad with orange dressing
– Lemongrass tea
– Multi Millets pulao
