In this video I am sharing my vegetarian full day of eating without whey protein, the idea of sharing this video was to help all those people who are vegetarian and wants to gain muscle and loose fat. Since I am in my body recomposition phase so I thought why not sharing my meals with you guys so that you can gain some ideas to manage your own meals. By the way this diet plan consist of 2110 Calories and to make it around 2000 Calories you can avoid banana which I had in my first meal. And if you still want to increase the protein intake than replace the paneer (200g) with soya paneer (350g)
