This video is a short intro to how I used to be a runner and moved into crossfit and ended up in powerlifting with a couple of training sessions involving the squat, bench press and deadlift in preparation for my second powerlifting competition in a couple of weeks.
I’ll be looking at doing some videos on training, nutrition and more – feel free to give any suggestions!
