Summer is here and that means looking and feeling your best! Here is a perfect drink to help you lose weight and detox your body.

SUMMER DETOX and FAT BURNING DRINK
Ingredients:
1 tsp grated ginger
12 mint leaves
1 small cucumber
1 lemon

Put all ingredients in 32 oz of water and infuse 4-6 hours or overnight. Strain out the ingredients and drink the infused water.

Lemon: promotes fullness, diuretic properties aid in detoxing the body and burning fat, boosts metabolism
Ginger: decreases inflammation, stimulates digestion, suppresses appetite
Mint: stimulates digestive enzymes, which improves metabolism
Cucumber: alkalizing, water and fiber soluble so promotes hydration and aiding in weight loss
